three month minimum
- 30 days of nutritional menus:
- New menu every Month
- The meal plan will be for seven days, Monday - Sunday, with an off day (normally Sunday)
- 5-6 meals per day depending on your goal and lifestyle
- Continual Nutrition and Wellness Coaching:
- After the first four weekly sessions are over, (after the first month) you will get continued coaching for every month of membership where:
- Every month we will spend 30 min going over your progress and changes that need to be made.
- You can email me with any short question and or concerns that you may have, and I will respond within 48 hours*
- You will receive emails twice a month with up to date information in the nutrition and wellness world
- You will receive recipes twice a month based on your eating and lifestyle
* Emails I receive from you should be short questions and concerns you have, and where I can answer you within an email.
* If there are any extended concerns and /or question that you would like to go over, will require extra coaching appointments.
